BSBRSK501 Manage Risk and Relevant Stakeholders

Task:

For this task, you will need to collect information about risk management from an organisation you currently work for or an organisation you previously worked for. Once you have collected the information you will need to analyse it and apply the theory of this unit.
You will be required to analyse risks in the workplace, consult and communicate with relevant stakeholders and then develop and implement an action plan to treat the risk.
Finally, you will need to explain how you would monitor and evaluate the action plan and risk management process (including maintaining the appropriate documentation).
2.1 Using your current workplace (or a past workplace), provide the details of two areas within the business and their risk management requirements (e.g. privacy / workplace health and safety). Also list any stakeholders that would be connected to them.
