The report will present the student’s critical reflection and thoughts on the context/background of the chosen organization, describe the organization, in terms of (1) job roles and working conditions, (2) organizational processes such as planning, execution, control and communication and
(3) Organizational relations and the roles of stakeholders – clients etc. Using the theory and tools presented in the lectures on agile and hybrid methods as well as their own independent research, students should suggest and discuss solutions to this organization of how to adopt their favourite methodology regarding:
(1) Overcome their challenges and manage the risks associated with the implementation of agile methodologies, and
(2) Use the organization as their case study to reflect on these theories in practice.
