Write a memo to your instructor that identifies a habit the podcast made you think to change and talk about the reasons you would like to change this habit and start a new one instead. Remember that It could be a real, personal example or just hypothetical. In addition, you are going to provide a summary of the article you found from the library on the relationship between consumer behavior and happiness.
So, follow these steps:
Write a memo; Make sure to follow ALL the required criteria for the memo including but not limited to the tone, format, remaining concise yet effective, and a short closing Identify a habit that may be changed or improved to a new habit
Using the theories you have learned so far, discuss the reasons for changing the old habit and starting a new one and some of the strategies you will use to shape the new habit.
